I've never needed medical attention after a run before! It's those bastard tablets...literally doing my head in. It started off as a crisp and fresh morning, the night rain cleaning the fugg of days of hot sunshine, leaving a clear blue sky and sweet clean air...it was a great start to any day. It ended, the run I mean, with me hooked up to an ECG and a racing heart rate that refused to drop below 152 bpm. Apparently I'm fine and have been encouraged to continue running...while my electrolytes settle, though frankly I'm scared to move a muscle.
