On the whole, when I'm out running and something catches my eye, it's usually a thing of some merit, deserving of recording and archiving...or sharing here. But on recent days while the roads have been wet, this isolated random patch of bitumen has promoted more than an occasional 'WTF?' Chewing gum! It's not outside a pub or a bar, or in fact outside anywhere. Flanked only by footpaths and trees, this recently resurfaced road looks like someone's scattered a full bottle of chuddy. It's a curious spectacle...sort of.
