It's been a while...tacit acknowledgement to my lack of posting right there. I do wonder why though...can't be arsed, lost mojo, a reflection of my current state of running related life events...or something else? I don't know. Life has changed, to be fair. I've tried to keep the running alive, but right now it's not there. I bumped into James down in The Carrs early this morning. Made me do a few reps with him. His back, that was my view and an overwhelming desire to just give up! Didn't though...just about hung on.
